Emma Edwards, Dental Hygienist
GDC No. 6411
I’ve been a dental hygienist since qualifying in 2004 after a period of 8 years working as a dental nurse. I decided to become a hygienist as I felt I could offer more to patients with the skills I had learned over the years.
Since qualifying I have gained experience as a dental hygienist working in many environments including NHS/private and in hospital surroundings working with patients with additional needs and dental anxiety.
Currently, I am member the British Society of Dental Hygienists & Therapists and regularly attend CPD courses to further my knowledge and skills.
I particularly enjoy working alongside the dedicated team at Cherrybank Dental Spa and educating patients of the importance of good dental health.
Working at Cherrybank Dental Spa allows me to do this and gives me the opportunity to utilise all my skills and widen my scope of work by the continual training and positive attitudes for further education.
Patients at Cherrybank are given excellent experience as all the staff have a high level of clinical excellence and provide an excellent standard of patient care in the comfort of the spa like surroundings
